Hi all.

I have a training contract interview on Wednesday and I wondered if any one had any tips on commercial awareness. And how to expand the firm?

Commercial awareness - don't sue people who don't have any money.

How to expand - hard to say without knowing the type of firm. Sounds like the sort of question that's asking you to show knowledge of the particular markets the firm operates in.

And don't start sentences with "and"! (joke)

Well it is a family, pi firm. I have trouble with the commercial awareness questions, I know that the firm has to make money etc but never know how to get that across.
