Experienced paralegal needed

I am a regular poster under another name, but have set up a new identity and email address for this one-off post.

I'm leaving my job, and am assisting in the hunt for a replacement. In addition to the usual methods of recruit, I thought I'd post a couple of details on here in case anyone on the site is a) interested, and b) suitable.

The Firm: Small private equity firm specialising in the development of projects in the renewable energy sector, both in the UK and abroad.

The Role: Sole in-house source of legal support, this is a hands-on role with a huge amount of responsibility. The work is extremely varied, challenging and interesting, and reports directly to the board.

The Candidate: Due to the demands of the role, a candidate should have at least two years of experience in corporate/company law with a focus on contracts (though exceptional candidates with 1 year experience may be considered). You should be available to start as soon as possible.
