Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone has one on the 5th August? Has anybody been? I would like to know what type of things they make us do!

I also have an AC coming up for Trowers, any feedback on the assessment day and the exercises would be very much appreciated and feeling a bit nervous. Thank you very much
