Default Should i give up on law?

Hi,

I have very bad A-***** grades C and E to be precise, however I went on to university to obtain a 2:1 and I have a Masters LLM (I was awarded a merit). I am now undertaking the GDL course; I am currently working as a Paralegal and had an internship at the European Commission, however, I am worried that it will be impossible to find a training contract, because of my A-***** grades. I was thinking I should take some A-*****s, long distance of course (Oxford College), in History and English Lit, I will be able to sit this next summer to obtain full A *****s. I know this will be hard work, but I feel I must do this to give myself a good chance. Is this a good idea, or is it to late to take A *****s at 25?

You have a 2:1 and some legal work experience why on earth would you give up?

A-***** grades don't really hold that much weight, it's the 2:1 that counts!

On second thoughts... Give up, it's one less person to compete with.
