My client a succesful Merseyside Law firm are currently looking to hire up to two Polish speaking Paralegals to join their expanding team. Successful applicants will be expected to operate under minimal supervision and to demonstrate a high degree of self-management and initiative. Candidates must have previous experience of Road Traffic Accident and Personal Injury claims within a law firm or similar office environment. Successful applicants will be fluent Polish speakers with excellent command of English language and competent I.T. users This is an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to utilise their language and legal skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities To take initial instructions from Polish clients and translate them into written English To take further statements from Polish Clients and again translate them into written English. To be present for conferences and telephone conferences with Polish clients and the firms solicitors for the purposes of interpretation. To provide support to other colleagues including secretaries as required. To attend clients on the telephone and in person to provide updates on progress and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care. To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development. To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm's and client's documentation and information.
