Litigation Support Executive We are looking for 4 experienced Litigation Support Executives with experience of managing a caseload of litigated debt recovery files (All debts incurred as a result of credit hire agreements and road traffic accidents) - to work for our client in North Birmingham. Your role will be to deal with a large volume of files through the litigation process in conjunction with an appointed firm of solicitors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all files are processed in accordance with SLA's and identifying any shortfalls in service levels. Successful candidates will ideally have paralegal experience gained in a firm of solicitors where you were responsible for your own caseload of files. You will also ideally have an understanding of debt recovery / credit hire or personal injury litigation.
