Our top tier client in downtown Atlanta seeks a 3 year litigation software support specialist with at least a two year degree. You will be executing tasks as they relate to data preparation, loading, production, and quality control for active case projects. The successful candidate will have worked in a high pressure, results-based environment with a proven track record from the litigation support industry, as a paralegal, or with a litigation support vendor. You must have experience providing end-user support with most of the following standard programs and tools: Zantaz, Concordance, Summation, CaseMap/Timemap, LiveNote, Iconect, Doculex, IPRO and others. You must have experience handling load file, and must have proven text manipulation experience. Any experience with SQL or T-SQL is a plus.
