Conveyancing Paralegal / Secretary (Residential Conveyancing) Scope : To provide full and professional support and assistance to the Team Conveyancers. Must be flexible and willing to work as a member of a team Skills And Experience: Fully conversant with all aspects of the Residential Conveyancing process High level of literacy Accurate keyboard skills Methodical and organised Proficient in Word and Outlook Good working knowledge of excel Attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Duties : The following is not exhaustive there may be other ad hoc or ongoing duties to be fulfilled Providing a full secretarial service Dealing with telephone queries in a professional manner Complying with current practices and client Service Level Agreements Preparation of contract packages Preparation of completion documentation, including invoices Dealing with and responding to incoming mail Maintaining records/databases as applicable 0.0000 Speciality: Paralegal.
