Our client, a growing mutual fund company is looking for a 3 plus years corporate paralegal. You will be responsible for reviewing mutual fund registration statements, reviewing investment advisory agreements, and all communications. You will be conducting reviews of mutual fund prospectuses and drafting legal and business contracts. 3 plus years in the mutual fund or financial services industry is required.
