German speaking Senior Paralegal

My client is looking for an experienced German speaking Paralegal person to join their legal department and to operate within EMEA and US.
The successful German speaking paralegal person will be responsible for providing professional legal support service to attorneys in the form of drafting of legal and business communications and bid documentation, negotiation of non-disclosure agreements. They will act as the liaison between other company attorneys, outside counsel and internally.

Profile

i 1 2Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
i 1 2Paralegal or other relevant legal qualification, as well as contract knowledge and experience
i 1 2Very solid previous experience as a Paralegal, either in a private law firm or an in house legal department
i 1 2Must have excellent communication and writing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
i 1 2Must be good at taking initiative and obtaining directions or clarification on projects.
i 1 2Must be flexible regarding work routine as working and progress projects in a timely manner
i 1 2Work independently and as part of a team
i 1 2Must have excellent organizational skills and be details oriented
i 1 2Requires ability to understand potentially complex legal, commercial and technical issues and business metrics
i 1 2Self sufficient and highly proactive
i 1 2Ability to manage the workload coming from a wide range of people
