Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the coordination, review and administration of all Commercial contractual terms and conditions of sale and purchase for all products. You will be negotiating corporate commercial contracts with customers from the USA and Europe You should have a degree in Law, Accounting or Marketing and you must understand the legal significace of contractual structure and terminology and also be prepared to travel overseas. 30000.0000 Speciality: Paralegal.
