In- House - Commercial Contracts Manager, IT Support Industry

Our client is an industry leader, providing IT support services to the travel industry across 150 countries servicing all major markets.
To support continued growth they are seeking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Manager to their EMEA Legal team based at company headquarters in the Thames Valley. This role will suit a Contracts Manager or Paralegal with 3 or more yearsa€ experience gained within a commercial operation, ideally in a sales-driven environment.
Working closely with the legal team and other commercial functions, this role will manage a variety of commercial agreements including reviewing, drafting and negotiation. It is desirable candidates have experience of IT related contracts and have a second European language, although this is not essential.
