One of the leading City Insurance Firms are currently recruiting for a defendant personal injury paralegal to join their busy team. They are seeking an legal assistant to work within a group of fee earners in their Non Delegated team. You will not have your own caseload but will assist the fee earners with their cases of interesting and complicated work, mostly motor with some Liability, all worth in excess of i 1 250K. Assisting in accordance with fee earneri 1 2s instructions and standards under supervision, likely tasks will include taking witness statements, obtaining/collating/considering disclosure documents and medical notes/reports, attending trials and applications, court-clerk work, arranging/attending conferences etc. You will be working in a fast paced environment where the main requirements are the ability to work well in a team environment, strong communication skills and confidence with case management systems. 6 months+ Previous insurance litigation and motor claims experience is required for this position .Interviews are currently being held but CVs are still being received.
