They will consider fresh graduates with their training contracts lined up however you must have had some corporate exposure in your LPC. They will also consider more experienced paralegals in this area.

Responsibilities:

Legal, corporate and commercial research
Proof reading documents for both consistency and accuracy including client's prospectuses
Liaising with clients
Legal research using the Internet, Intranet, legal search engines and Legal Journals to research cases law, legislation and secondary materials, both domestic and foreign
Companies House searches on domestic companies, compliance with SEC regulations
Company Secretarial Services - filings with Companies House
Creating bibles


Candidate Specification:

Our client will consider paralegals and those qualified in other jurisdictions as long as you have the demonstrable skills set.
