Bristol private practice requires an experience commercial litigation fee earner with at least 3 years post graduation experience, handling and managing your own caseload in respect of litigated contentious files, drafting witness statements, drafting claims, issuing proceedings and the management of files from inception to completion. As a litigator you will be able to demonstrate solid process knowledge and be able to explain to clients the methodology and strategies available in pursuing settlements.
