The claims management team handle pre litigated and litigated defendant PI cases for a range of clients including major PLCs and Insurers. Paralegals will be primarily involved in Road traffic Accident cases (mainly litigated) and will be expected to manage their own case load of fast track litigated files. This is an extremely varied role and carries more responsibilities than that of a similar role which will allow you to flourish and expend on knowledge already gained whilst being fully supported by senior staff.
