The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Law graduate who has already completed the LPC course. The company are looking to assess a paralegal over the initial 6 month placement with a view to possibly offering a training contract at the end of this period. Main duties & responsibilities to include: To work closely with the corporate partner under supervision assisting with legal due diligence, drafting of documents, liaising with clients and counterparts during the negotiation and completion of transactional work.
