Reading - Litigation Paralegal - Debt Recovery - leading firm (20'000) depending on experience

Introduction

Our client is a leading regional law firm and they currently have an opportunity within their Reading office.
They are seeking a Debt Recovery Paralegal to assist in their busy and expanding Debt recovery department. This role will be on a fixed term contract for circa 1 year.

The Role

You will be assisting the Team Leader in undefended debt recovery work. This will include telephone contact with clients, debtors, dealing with accounts queries and Court Liaison.

You will be assisting with County and High Court undefended litigation, to maintain and reconcile monthly account billing for forwards verification by clients and to have regard for payment of bills in association with Credit Control.

The ideal candidate will have sound computer skills, good communication skills, well organised and have a good telephone manner. You will be joining a busy team and will need to be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
