THE PROPOSITION
Private Client Paralegal required by one of the leading private practice law firms in the Thames Valley. The Private Client Team provides a comprehensive range of legal services including advising on estate tax planning in conjunction with the preparation of Wills and Trusts, administering estates and dealing with elderly client issues such as Enduring Powers of Attorney and Receiverships. This is an extremely busy department and now seeks to appoint a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to provide dedicated support to one a Senior Solicitor. Duties will be varied, but will also include secretarial and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and will have previous legal experience in the Private Client field of law. Salary will be attractive in line with the level of experience offered.
