Defendant Paralegal (Fraud)

Are you a hard-working paralegal with Personal Injury or Insurance Litigation Fraud experience?

If so, Bell Cornwall Associates have an exciting opportunity with a leading Birmingham City Law Firm and would like to hear from you.

This position requires the assistance of a senior fee earner and therefore would not require taking on a caseload of your own.

The main responsibilities will include dealing with a high volume of Defendant Personal Injury Files on the instruction of the senior fee earner - These files will focus specifically on files where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity

Experience relating specifically to Counter-Fraud would be a distinct advantage.
