Responsibilities Managing relationships and Service Level Agreements between solicitors and portfolio owners Daily monitoring of litigation cases Weekly and monthly portfolio reviews, checking progress against SLAs Provision of instructions to solicitors Attendance in court where this will enhance recoveries To assist the solicitor in the preparation of any third party claims and title insurance claims To assist the solicitor in the collection of any MI and reporting required Essential experience You will be a qualified solicitor or Paralegal with experience in mortgage litigation repossessions.
