A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our clients fast expanding law firm in Horsham. You will pro actively handle technical and complex Third Party Injury cases efficiently and effectively with claimant solicitors in order to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition. Accountabilities: i 1 2 To contribute to the delivery of targets by achieving own objectives effectively e.g productivity, leakage budget and service targets. i 1 2 To handle and resolve complex technical cases or referrals and/or complaints within own authority limit. i 1 2 To gather and accurately analyse appropriate information in order to make the best business decision aligning with the total and/or partial resolution of Third Partyi 1 2s needs. i 1 2 To take pro-active steps to effectively deal with claimants solicitors in order to achieve overall business objectives. i 1 2 Good understanding of Personal Injury claims environment, including pre-action protocol, claims and litigation procedures, products and services. i 1 2 To undertake activities for the team as delegated by the team leader where required in his/her absence to ensure that team performance is maximised.
