My client, a highly regarded Kent practice is currently seeking a housing locum for an immediate starting position. To be considered for the role you can be a qualified solicitor, legal executive of experienced paralegal, with solid experience in the following: All types of possessionsrepossessions Homelessness Unlawful Eviction, Nuisance Harassment, Anti-social Behaviour Undue Influence Disrepair Debt. In addition to this experience, it would be an advantage if you have also had experience of insolvency and you must have knowledge of public funding procedures. Starting immediately this position will be on a week by week basis initially.
