This is a fulltime permanent role for a Paralegal within the commercial property department of a large Guildford Law firm. Please only apply if you have completed your LPC and done either the Advanced Property elective or have studied landlord and tenant /land law at university. Ideally, you will also have some previous experience within the property department of a law firm. The role will be varied and include the electronic submission of searches and liaising with local authorities regarding planning and highways information. It will also involve the completion & submission of Land Registry applications as well as obtaining title registers, plans and other documents from Land Registry on-line. You will be working in an extremely busy department and providing first class administrative support to a team of high profile lawyers.
