Personal injury litigation paralegal required to manage a caseload of fast track files through pre and post litigation. Files will be managed on a case management system from inception through to settlement or trial. You will be required to assess liability and value quantum, prepare trial bundles and issue proceedings as well as conducting telephone hearings. Excellent PI Protocol and CPR knowledge essential gained from previous case handling of litigated files. It is essential the successful applicant hits the ground running with minimal supervision. Claims will predominately be RTA based personal injury claims. The practice has strong links with insurers and legal expense contracts offering services for clients whilst in the UK and travelling abroad.
