Liaising with clients

Legal research using the Internet, Intranet, legal search engines and Legal Journals to research cases law, legislation and secondary materials, both domestic and foreign
Companies House searches on domestic companies, compliance with SEC regulations
Company Secretarial Services - filings with Companies House
Creating bibles


Candidate Specification:

Our client will consider paralegals or newly qualified lawyers from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm.
At least six months experience on corporate transactions is necessary.
You must be able to take responsibility of handling your own workload.
