This is a niche US firm whose practice focuses on finance. They are especially renowned loan trading and distressed debt. They are extremely busy and are looking for a paralegal to join them for at least 2 months with the potential of becoming a permanent employee.

Responsibilities:

Legal and factual research
Due diligence tasks
Assisting with signings and closings
Conducting post completion tasks
Drafting and reviewing documentation such as amendment agreements, credit facility agreements, company board and shareholder resolutions and legal opinions
Bibling
Direct correspondence with clients
Document management.

Skill set:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months' Banking Paralegal experience at a top UK/ US firm
The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background obtaining at least a 2.1 at degree level.
You must have obtained either your LPC or BVC
You must have excellent communication skills
