The firm deals with large volumes of Personal Injury claims, mainly RTA, their clients being mostly insurance companies. The firm is looking for someone with experience handling PI claims, with a good working knowledge of protocol, court procedures, rehabilitation and medical process, liability, valuation of General and Special Damages. You would be working as a unit leader in charge of a small team, working to motivate, support and manage team members, so some management experience would be an advantage. Experience of using a case management system as well as a sound understanding of dealing with pre and post litigated case loads is essential.
