Debt Recovery Paralegal

A superb leading Birmingham City Centre Law Firm have instructed Bell Cornwall Associates on the recruitment of a conscientious, hard working individual with sound knowledge and experience in a debt recovery position.

This will be a fee-earning position meaning that you will be responsible for taking on and managing your own case load in a fast paced, high volume environment.

The role will therefore require an individual who has experience within debt recovery and prior practice of dealing with their own case load. It would be highly desirable for applicants to have had previous experience of having worked within a legal firm.

The successful candidate will be have an excellent telephone manner, good negotiation skills and the ability to work successfully towards and meet tight deadlines.
