We are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated paralegal to join the secured banking team in their Birmingham city centre offices.

You will be supporting an extremely busy team, primarily becoming involved with debt recovery matters on behalf of a major high street lender. This will involve both secured and defended unsecured matters as well as mortgage repossession work.

This is a fast paced and varied role, which will include drafting proceedings, negotiating settlements with debtors and clients, and assisting with all related administrative tasks within the department.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months litigation experience within a legal environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a demonstrable drive to develop your career within litigation.
