PERSONAL INJURY (DEFENDANT) PARALEGAL - LEEDS

This market leading personal injury team require a target driven Personal Injury Paralegal to assist with their demanding workload. The team advises insurers and corporate clients on a range of defendant litigation matters including motor, disease, health and safety and catastrophic injury. You must have an absolute minimum of twelve months experience dealing with pre-litigation or litigated motor claims on behalf of insurer clients. Your workload will include assisting on analysing evidence, obtaining witness statements, conducting negotiation of claims and to provide accurate and consistent billing.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial awareness and provide effective commercial advice to clients. The successful candidate will be a strong team player and relish this opportunity to join a market leader
