We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Debt Recovery team based at our Head Office in Aston, Birmingham.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Debt Recovery Manager you will contribute to the debt recovery process to enable us to successfully pursue delinquent customer debt. You will issue, execute and complete claims through the County Court to enforcement. You will also negotiate terms of settlement with individuals and companies, providing suitable advice and making appropriate arrangements according to individual circumstance and in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a business to business (B2B) debt recovery, civil matters or enforcement role. You will have detailed knowledge of relevant debt recovery legislation and will have previous experience of issuing legal proceedings through to enforcement.

The successful candidate will possess either a Law degree, ILEX qualification or a Paralegal qualification or equivalent.
