Paralegal - Debt Recovery (5 month contract with potential to be extened)

Our client is a very well establishedlegal team with a portfolio of clients which includes national and international banks and credit card lenders. With proven successin their field,we nowhave an opportunitywithinthe finance litigation /debt recovery team.

As a Paralegal, you will have your own portfolio of clients, managing your own caseload of
consumer and commercial debt recovery cases from start to finish:

Duties include:

Working on behalf of financial institutions
Opening new files
Issuing proceedings throughtoenforcement
Continued progress on all cases within strict timescales
Drafting letters, general administration and invoicing
Collating all documents such as attachment of earnings
Client reporting
Instructing bailiffs and sheriffs

The ideal candidate will already haveprevious experience in a debt recovery or finance litigation team,and have experience in enforcement, working without supervision.

£19k - £19.5k per annum
