An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen with a leading West Midlands firm for an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal to cover a period of sickness. Commencing shortly, this role involves managing a full defended caseload of debt recovery matters, providing advice to clients and managing files from pre-litigation upto and including trial. The successful candidate will be confident in providing representation to clients on either a claimant or defendant basis and will be confident in methods of dispute resolution.

You will be an experienced debt recovery paralegal with a minimum of 12 months previous debt recovery experience to include liaising with clients, agents, debtors and experts. You will be experienced in handling a file from instruction to trial, enforcement and recovery, and will be available to commence work at short notice for an undetermined period of time.
