Corporate Solicitor required for leading, Legal 500 practice in Hampshire.

The Firm:
A full service, leading firm based in Hampshire. In recent years this firm has enjoyed rapid growth and has developed into a multi-business organisation.

The Role:
You will join an existing, well established corporate team with two partners and five other fee earners plus support staff. You will handle a mixed caseload of corporate/commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, AIM listing matters, work for the IT sector, IP and commercial work. The work will be of high value and quality, working on behalf of a broad range of clients both national and international.

The Candidate:
A high calibre senior solicitor is required with a minimum of 4 years' PQE. You will be adept in handling all corporate and commercial matters and will be comfortable with business development and marketing. You will be a forward thinking and dynamic individual with experience gained from a leading City or regional practice. You must be able to demonstrate passion and dedication to your work along with a strong technical ability.
