A vacancy has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor in a medium-sized, well-respected firm in Crawley (West Sussex). This is a new position reflecting the firm&rsquo s commitment to growth in this department. The work includes issues relating to lease renewals dilapidations breach of covenants forfeiture debt recovery rent reviews service charges enfranchisement adverse possession easements and development work.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Partner and managing their own caseload in respect of commercial property litigation matters. Duties will include: drafting and negotiating all necessary documentation participating in business development by following up on contacts and actively marketing the department and coaching and mentoring less-experienced staff. Preferred candidates will have at least 3 years PQE.
