Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor required for leading, chambers listed practice in Kent.

The Firm:
A leading law firm based in the South East providing a wide range of legal services. The firm advises many high-profile clients including plcs, financial institutions, private companies, local and national government, charities and individuals.

The Role:
You will join an established property litigation team and will handle a wide variety of property disputes including, lease renewals, dilapidations and disrepair, possession proceedings and forfeiture, rent reviews, unauthorised assignments, sub-lettings &amp alterations, rent and service charge recovery and residential leaseholders' rights (including enfranchisement and first refusal). As a senior member of the team you will be expected to develop new business on an ongoing basis.

The Candidate:
The successful individual will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE and will be a technically strong lawyer specialising in property litigation matters. You should be able to demonstrate a proven billing track record and have gained experience in a leading London or regional practice. You will be comfortable with business development and marketing.
