This is an outstanding opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in public sector PFI/PPP to join the Greater Manchester branch of a large national practice.
Many of the larger national Practices advise Boroughs throughout the country in relation to the more commercial work. The successful candidate will have carried a caseload advising on public private partnering projects
This will include providing advice on public law, local government finance regulations and the general government of local or central government.
You should have handled this sort of caseload for at least three years. Perhaps you have handled this work in practice or maybe you have qualified or worked in the public sector. In either event, you should have excellent academics, be prepared to join a busy team and be ready to take on more responsibility.
