Occupational disease / personal injury litigation solicitor, 2+ pqe

This firm is known for their insurance and large loss legal practice and are now seeking to recruit a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE into their Occupational Disease team in London.

Key Tasks include:
-Taking responsibility for your own caseload
-Liaising with and continuing to develop client relationships
-Developing expertise in specialist areas
-Assisting with client marketing events
-Supporting other team members

You will have at least 2 years' post qualification experience and have undertaken occupational disease work.

Skills &amp Abilities required include:
-Demonstrating a thorough understanding of disease work
-An ability to defend litigation cases
-An ability to draft client reports
-An ability to deal with Pre - action Protocol applications
-Knowledge of CPR
